It’s been said many times, in the nicest possible way,that Slurred have ‘been around’ a bit. … But seriously, we’re based in the South West corner of London bordering on Surrey, UK.
What geographical areas do Slurred Glam Rock Band cover?
Again, It’s been said many times, in the nicest possible way,that Slurred have ‘been around’ a bit. … But seriously, our main hunting ground is Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex & Kent; but we are open to temptation to play further afield if you know what we mean ;)
What what can I expect from a Slurred Glam Rock Band gig?
As a standard offer, we will play 2 x 1 hour sets packed full of Glam Rock classics by the likes of TRex, Slade, The Sweet, David Bowie and many more. We will occasionally, intersperse this with 1 or 2 other classic 70s rock songs by artists such as The Rolling Stones, The Who Bad Co etc.
Do Slurred Glam Rock band have your own PA & lights?
Yes we bring our own PA with us to your venue, unless you are already providing one. We also bring our own lights/ effects etc, but are happy to use yours if you have them.
Can you provide a DJ service?
This is not something we offer, however, between playing our sets, if you would like, we can relay your playlist of choice (or ours) through our PA system.
What kind of venues do Slurred Glam Rock band play?
We’re most happy in clubs and pubs with the odd festival thrown in for good measure. We also love to do private parties & find we go down very well at those “special number” birthday bashes ;) ;)
